COVID-19 RULES

The 2022 Whisky & Craft Spirits Festival is being held at Babylon Newcastle. As a COVID Safe venue, we take our responsibility to provide a safe environment for our guests, stallholders and staff very seriously.

Our venue complies with New South Wales and Newcastle City Council rules for holding COVID safe events.

All attendees to our event will be required to adhere to these guidelines including meeting the appropriate requirements for social distancing, use of face protection, and restrictions on venue capacity. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in you being asked to leave the event. No refunds will be given should this eventuate.

Event Postponement

Holding an event can be challenging in the current environment and WACS Festival wants to be sure that it can put on the best event possible. If for any reason should our event be postponed, then your tickets will remain valid and no refund will be available. You will be able to transfer your tickets in the event that you are unable to attend. To do this please contact at least 14 days prior to the event so your tickets can be reissued - yourfriends@babylonnewcastle.com.au

Event Cancellation

If for any reason that event is not able to be held then it will be cancelled. Ticket buyers will be entitled to a refund for their tickets should this occur and refunds will be processed automatically to your account.
